With a background in accounting, lending, real estate investing, and house flipping, I bring a unique perspective to every transaction. I understand every step of the process—from preapproval to repairs and everything in between—so my clients always have an advocate who knows the big picture. When I'm not helping people buy and sell homes, you'll find me coaching the Harrison High School boys tennis team, golfing, spoiling my cats, or spending time with my husband, Adam Welchans, and his two kids.
